Mini Plan:

Executive Summary

What is Project 14? Summary of mission and work: Mission: Project 14 is research into the horrible and extremely violent set of problems known as The Dead Women of Juáreza very low level of reality, and to use the Native American lucid Mapuche dreamwork to move the consciousness in Juárez from that lower reality to a higher level. --------

The Work: Project 14: Dreamwork proposes that disciplined inquiry shall be conducted in several areas in dreamwork in regard to The Dead Women of Juárez.: 1.) Research objectives, 2.) Research methods, 3.) Research design, 4.) Data gathering, 5.) Data analysis and 6.) Interlinking organizations internationally.

Project 14 Dreamwork Methodology The logic is that dreamwork can 1.) use the Native American Blue Kachina Concept adapted to lucid Mapuche dreamwork to move consciousness from a lower reality to a higher level. 2.) Then that hightened consciousness is applied to extreme conflict resolution in Juárez (Socially Engaged Spirituality). 3.) The hypothesized effect is in raising of consciousness, purification and intense activism. In addition to the Blue Kachina concept, Project 14: Dreamwork uses The Ullman method for looking at dreams. First the Blue Kachina concept shall be described here then the Ullman method

What is The Blue Kachina Concept? The concept is a prophecy about raising of consciousness from a lower level of reality to a higher one known as the fifth world. "When the Blue Star Kachina makes its appearance in the heavens, the Fifth World will emerge". This will be the Day of Purification." The object of the Kachina concept is symbolized by the star Sirius. The action of that star, according to the prophecy is in "Moving consciousness from one reality or frequency - to another" http://www.crystalinks.com/sirius.html The action of the star is personified as Carahue La Calchona. Project 14, using the Blue Star Kachina concept shall move consciousness from one reality (dreams) to another (waking state at a higher level of reality). The key is in the reaching of a higher level of consciousness. The object, then, is to apply that heightened consciousness to the horrible problems in Juárez. What, exactly, is the Blue Star? Is it real? The Blue Star: "Sirius is the brightest star in the nighttime sky, with a visual apparent magnitude of -1.46. It is located in the constellation Canis Major. Its name comes from the Latin sirius, from Greek(seirios, "glowing"). It is situated in the eye of the greater dog Canis Major, therefore it is known as the 'Dog Star'." Martin Gashweseoma, Traditional Hopi Elder and Guardian of the Sacred Stone Tablets of the Fire Clan, For details see: http://www.crystalinks.com/hopi2.html As the Kachina concept is applied to Juárez, another step is undertaken: a slightly modified (to include activism) Ullman method named for Montague Ullman, a well known dream researcher.

What is the Ullman Method? A dream table is assembled. (See: http://dreamtable.bravehost.com) Dreamwork is lucid and while in the state of dreaming. Participants in the collective of dream characters shall be trained with heart as warriors (vis a vis Carlos Casteneda) then assemble to narrate their dreams. (The entire process is accomplished while in the dream state.) The dream table is a modification from the following Ullman method in that it contains both a narrative and an activist process. First the dream story is tole in interaction with the group. In a profound sense, then, the energy raised by the dream table is aggressively directed toward Juárez moving consciousness from a lower reality to a higher level. The following Ullman method is applied: "Group Dream Work - Ullman Jungian therapist Montague Ullman developed a highly structured group method of exploring dreams... It is a 4-phase process: 1) A dreamer volunteers and tells a dream in detail. Others may only interrupt to ask clarifying (non-interpretive) questions. 2) Others take the dream as their own, speaking of it as if they had actually dreamed it. They suggest what the dream might mean for them. The dreamer listens without participating. 3) The dream is officially returned to its original creator. The dreamer may respond to everyone else's input, and may share her/his own insights. 4) The dreamer thinks further about the dream, and reports (at a later time) any additional insights." http://www.dreamtree.com/Resources/Methods.htm

Objectives 1.) The Research Objective: Analytical research visits to locations throughout Mexico may be indicated for serious and in-depth psychological research using the scientific method in several concrete steps: Current research literature and significance, Objectives and hypotheses, Methods and approaches, Data perspectives and Results, solutions, discussion and publication.

Keys to Success
Project 14: Dreamwork Analysis is a phase one pilot project toward the establishment of an ultimate Dream Interaction Laboratory. Project 14 has a multi-disciplinary goal in the meld of theory and practice in humanistic, transpersonal, organizational, social transformation, consciousness and spirituality. The areas of concentration are investigation of bias (ethics), in conjunction with epistemology, criteria selection and dreamwork praxis. Project 14: Dreamwork Analysis Pilot would assemble defining factors in what or which dreamwork could be implemented within the scientific enterprise. Thereby, the project is first an analysis of dreamwork research not an analysis of dreams. The Maimonides Dream Laboratory and the Ganzfeld and Autoganzfeld Experiments are the inspirations and protocols.

Mission
Mission Statement: To research the horrible and extremely violent set of problems known as The Dead Women of Juárez.

Market Analysis
It is important to state that while Project 14 an exercise in academic enterprise, Project 14 would also foster lasting and permanent receiver relationships (recipient of funds, status and recognition) that are in the academic, financial foundation and publications communities. In that interest a new Dream Interaction Laboratory could be created once the defining factors are assembled, proposed and thoroughly funded.
